The hotel offers a very comfortable bed and a very powerful shower in a courtyard setting, next to the gym. The rooms were not very clean initially, but after changing, I found them much better. The service started off very friendly with our room ready for an early check-in as requested, but over time, it slightly declined. The location is ideal for exploring the city and walking along the Chester walls, though we experienced a delay in breakfast service. The dining options were nice but could use more variety, especially on the hot menu. Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers amazing views of Chester from the room, although it was joined by additional guests later. The room was very clean and had a comfy bed with a nice balcony, but it could have been larger. The service was friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our car parked after check out. The location was great for our needs, but sleep was interrupted by noise from the bar above. The dining experience had some ups and downs with cool tea and room change issues, yet the views were fabulous.
